Quelles démarches pour les Ukrainiens arrivant en Belgique ?
Quelques précisions quant au séjour des Ukrainiens en Belgique :

1) Se rendre au service des Etrangers, Rue de Schaerbeek n°1 6660 Houffalize – 061/28 00 45 ou 061/28 00 47 - pour faire une déclaration d’arrivée. Se munir de 2 photos d'identité et des documents d’identité (passeport).
2) Se présenter en personne au centre d’enregistrement (Palais 8 du Heysel - Rue du Verregat 1, 1020 Bruxelles), muni de ses documents d’identité, pour y demander le statut de protection temporaire. !! Si famille avec enfants, tous les membres doivent se rendre au centre. Si vous avez déjà un logement, vous pouvez vous enregistrez ultérieurement. Il y aura bientôt un enregistrement plus étendu sans file d’attente.
3) Une fois cette attestation de protection temporaire délivrée, il faut à nouveau se rendre à la commune de Houffalize pour demander son inscription au registre des étrangers et ainsi obtenir une carte A (autorisant le séjour pendant un an en Belgique). Il faut communiquer à ce moment-là l’adresse de la personne chez qui vous êtes logé afin de lancer la procédure de changement de domicile.

Если у вас уже есть жильё, Вы можете зарегистрироваться позже, на это у вас есть 90 дней со дня декларации о приезде в мэрии. Скоро начнётся более обширная регистрация, без очередей.
3) После того как в Брюсселе Вы получите свидетельство о регистрации, Вы должны с ним вновь обратиться в мэрию в отдел иностранцев. Для прописки вам нужно сообщить точный адрес проживания. Таким образом Вы сможете получить "карту А", разрешающую пребывание в Бельгии на 1 год.
